I met with several agents before appointing Jodie to sell our house. All of them said we would be in the $500Ks but we knew we could get $600K and Jodie was the only one with the conviction to do that, which is why we chose her.  Price rather than time frame was what we wanted and whilst it did take some time, Jodie did what she said and got us $600K. Jodie’s determination and positive attitude was constant throughout the sales campaign and she never waivered or tried to get us to reduce the price.  I am very happy with the result and can’t thank Jodie and her team enough for getting us exactly what we asked for.
