We changed to Jodie as the vacant property had been listed with other agents for over 6 months with no results. She assisted with improving the presentation of the property and ended up selling it reasonably quickly for more than the asking price that we had previously listed it at. She always kept us informed on marketing activities and even did extra things at her own cost.
