Wow did I just sell my house?!! The ink hadn’t even dried on the contract signing Jodie up to sell my home before she had two contracts in front of me. Not only that but one of the contracts was over the asking price. Jodie and her team were just awesome. Jodie is definitely not your typical real estate agent.
